We stayed one night on 27/9/2025, and this Ibis Budget worked very well for us. These hotels can be hit or miss, though the basic setup is usually a small room with a double bed, sometimes an extra bed above it, a little bathroom, and a basic breakfast. The room was clean and in good shape, breakfast was good, and the receptionist was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. We also ate at Courtepaille Bayeux next door and enjoyed it. It seemed popular with locals and was busy that night, so I'd suggest booking ahead. I'd happily recommend the hotel and would come back if I needed a stopover in the area.

Breakfast was generous and good, and the room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and good shower. I booked five nights with breakfast while touring the area's war museums on my motorcycle. It's easy to find and well placed for visiting the beaches and museums.

I've stayed at lots of Ibis Budget hotels, and this one is my favourite. It's just off the motorway but stays very quiet, and it's always spotlessly clean. The staff are especially friendly. There's secure parking, and a nice restaurant next door with food and drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast has plenty of choice.

They gave us somewhere to keep our bicycles, which was good. The breakfast was pretty limited, though the rest was adequate.

The room was only large enough for two small people, but the bed and shower were excellent. Parking was easy, though the hotel isn't close to Bayeux. Staff were busy, but helpful when approached, and not especially welcoming.
