I booked and paid for two days through Booking.com, with a non-refundable reservation. Afterward, the host messaged me: "Hello, check with Booking.com, but at my place it's a minimum of 6 nights, sorry." The message was badly written and unbelievable. That condition isn't mentioned anywhere except in the host's head, and the host didn't even contact Booking.com. I had to spend time dealing with Booking.com to get the booking cancelled and refunded. Avoid this place, and please stop using Booking.com.

We paid for the cottage through booking.com, but when we arrived, nobody was there to give us the key. We couldn't reach them by phone, and the people at the apartment haven't responded. Booking says they can't do anything, so it looks like we can kiss our money goodbye.
