From booking to checkout, everything at Chez Francine was smooth and wonderfully welcoming. The pre-booking help was as friendly and useful as you could hope for, and on arrival we were personally checked in and shown to our apartment, which felt like an unbelievable gesture. The stay itself was top class, with everything meeting the expectations of even the most demanding travellers. If you want an apartment stay in Notre Dame de Bellecombe that's hassle-free, warm, and inviting, Chez Francine should be your choice.

Marion welcomed us warmly and gave us helpful advice, which made for a wonderful stay. The apartment is superb, carefully laid out, and very well maintained. Its natural style has no kitsch or unnecessary decorations, just a really relaxing, zen mountain feel. It's close to everything, including skiing and snowshoeing. What a great idea for accommodation. We'd love to come back in spring or summer. Happy holidays to everyone who chooses this destination!

Marion was so warm and friendly, always smiling, and the apartment was impeccably clean. We had an excellent stay with mountain views, perfect for enjoying the snow and sunshine. The slopes are just 200 meters away, with a restaurant and bakery nearby and ski equipment rental right below. It was simply perfect. We recommend it 200%!
