I left after just one night, even though I’d paid for two. The room was so unpleasant that I couldn’t stay longer. It was stuck at 18.5°C and felt colder. Turning the heating up by the maximum 3 degrees made no difference. Cleanliness was a serious problem. There was dust throughout, marks on the mirror, a filthy toilet seat, and about 15 hairs under the blanket and pillows. The entrance light switch was black and covered in greasy grime, like it hadn’t been wiped in ages. The key card failed twice. Each time, the staff at the entrance first seemed to think we were using it incorrectly. They only accepted there was a problem after testing it themselves, then replaced it. Having that happen more than once was really frustrating. A horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a really relaxing family stay. The hotel is quiet, and the pool was a lovely place to unwind. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed. The restaurant was another highlight, with tasty food, nice presentation, and pleasant service. Staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, professional, and always available. Great value for the money, and I’d happily recommend it.

Getting downtown by bus and tram took about 25 mind, once we figured out how to use them. Reception could get a bit crowded, but everything else worked out really well. We stayed three nights during our Autumn vacations with our kids, who were 3 and 6. The apartment was super clean, and the little kitchen had loads of equipment, even a nice oven and a good size freezer. The pool and sauna area were clean too. Breakfast was good, and everyone gave us very nice service each morning. We’ll definitely come back.

The bus and tram were reliable, though you need both to get into the city. Breakfast felt hectic and the food choices were limited, but they had a good selection of teas 🍵🍵🍵. The rooms are spacious, though the pillows were so uncomfortable. For me, it’s value for money at best. It wants to be a 4 star hotel, but the experience falls well short.

We needed extra nights in Strasbourg, but booked somewhere else because I didn’t want to stay here again. For a place that’s supposed to be 4 star, I really don’t get it. The room itself was clean and big, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a modern look and a nice mirror. The steam room and sauna were pretty good too. But the room was very cold. I asked for a heater and eventually got one, though it must be 20 years old and makes a noise like someone drilling into a wall. Judging by other reviews I’ve read, the hotel doesn’t seem to care about fixing the cold rooms. There’s barely anywhere to put your things. The room is half empty, so our luggage and everything else ended up on the floor. There are two small nightstands, a small table, and some counter space in the kitchen. If you’re meant to stay longer, where do you put anything? Got five books? The floor is the only spot. The TV is a pathetic excuse for one. You can’t watch anything, and good luck using the Chromecast since no app lets you cast anymore. Service was painfully slow too. We had 15-20 minutes to spare and tried to grab a drink at the hotel bar. The bartender took almost 15 minutes to pour a beer and make two coffees. They charge for everything, including the spa. You can’t put the spa charge on your room either. If you’ve already changed and don’t have your wallet, you have to go back upstairs to get it. In the spa, the lounge chairs were very uncomfortable, and afterward it was only slightly warm, about the same temperature as the room. Save your money and stay at an actual 4star hotel.
