Oletta is a hidden gem, especially if you walk its streets before dawn. The hotel is a bargain for what you pay, though it's not a five-star place. The staff are nice and very helpful, and they'll give advice in English on restaurants and other local places. WiFi is okay, parking is good, and there's no lift, so it isn't wheelchair friendly. Breakfast costs an extra 7 euros if you want it.

The chef at the hotel has lots of good ideas for day trips. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we had a great time. Definitely recommend it! :-)

Rebecca, the young owner, is kind and very service minded. The hotel is very clean.

The welcome at first was warm, but the conversation soon became a lecture that felt close to insulting. The hotel was poorly soundproofed, the room looked very ugly, and the bedspread had stains. The bathroom was awkward to use. The terrace was the one redeeming point, though the road below was noisy, and a dog barked incessantly all night, so the night was far from peaceful.

The hotel was very clean, good value for money, and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was superb, and we got a fantastic welcome. The one small downside was that some guests coming into the hotel at night showed little respect. Honestly, I'd highly recommend it.
