B&B HOTEL Toulon Ollioules

The price felt very fair, and check-in was easy. The setup is a little too digital for me since reception isn't staffed 24/7. When someone was there, though, everyone was friendly. A charming woman and the service staff, especially the cleaning team, were really sweet and checked proactively whether I needed anything. It was also nice to have a few fast food places, regular restaurants, and a large Carrefour Center nearby. One of the rare times someone spoke English to me, too.

The room was okay and parking was free, but the stay was pretty bad otherwise. People were partying and smoking, it was very noisy, and no one was at the front desk. Public transport into Toulon was far away and not easy to reach. Skip it if you can.

The bathroom was tiny and had no windows, though that wasn't an issue for a short stay. My room was clean, and the man I met at reception that evening was kind enough to help me find a hairdryer. It was my first time using automatic check-in, and I couldn't tell which codes opened the main entrance and outside gate because they weren't on the receipt. The 24-hour assistance line was ready to help, so I had no trouble.

The bathroom was a little cramped but still nice, though the curtain was annoying. The room itself was basic, very clean, and presented really well. The staff were friendly and helpful even with our very limited French. I'd recommend it and would stay with this chain again.
