Le Petit Miracle

The house was well furnished and laid out, but we missed a sense of service, gratitude, and warmth. For example, perhaps a bottle of wine as a welcome gift? The brief house introduction nearly made the grill explode, and we had to search on our own for the cushions. We felt the hosts wanted as little contact with guests as possible and preferred email, provided the money had been transferred. The pool was very dirty, and leaves in the garden shower stayed there until we asked for them to be removed. The shower also overflowed into the pool, taking all the built-up dirt with it. For the price, I expected more. It was also strange that we never saw guests at the other houses but could hear every word. We only felt partially comfortable, and unfortunately we won’t return.
