Cit'Hotel le Louvre

Easy parking right by the hotel, and you can walk into the city center. It’s cozy and pleasant, with friendly staff, but the hotel and rooms feel old and outdated. Noise from nearby rooms, especially upstairs, was a real problem. We woke up almost every night when the people above came back late, since we could hear all their footsteps and other noise. Can recommend it, with that caveat.

The terrace and pool out back were beautiful. We also loved all the unusual little details that give this hotel its own character. The decor is tasteful, and the service was charming and hospitable. Such a lovely stay. Merci beaucoup.

We had a great night here while in town for a concert at the Theatre. It’s a small hotel in the city, right across from the train station, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Orange Antique Theatre. The owners, husband and wife, were so warm and welcoming. Breakfast in the courtyard out back was lovely too. Thank you!

Martine was quick to help when I needed a form printed. She and Patrick are both lovely and friendly, and the restaurant next door is great. The hotel has been renovated, with comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. In summer, the outdoor pool is a welcome escape from the heat. Breakfast has a tasty range of options. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting the feel of a French boutique hotel, which I find much more rewarding than a big chain.
