Okay.

The rooms are small.

The apartments themselves were clean and laid out well, but the welcome at both arrival and departure was chaotic. Reception seemed overwhelmed, we didn't have enough towels for everyone, and both apartments had to share one remote. In the apartments, the living room light was too dim, the shower head was broken and needed a technician, and there weren't enough pillows or cutlery. The apartments are fine, but the management on site is disastrous.

We spent a week here with my grandchildren and came away fairly positive. The resort is family-friendly and close to the slopes, and our place was functional, though larger families may find the storage short. I understand that's being worked on. The management was kind and attentive, and I appreciated their efforts to make our stay pleasant. I did also comment on the housekeeping. From my previous work as a sales manager at a cleaning company, I know tight pricing can mean cleaners get too little time to do a proper job. That may explain what I saw, but it doesn't excuse poor hygiene. I hope management keeps this in mind when choosing a company that can serve guests better. After talking with the owners, I better understood some of the negative reviews. The new team took over in November 2019 after a poor handover from the previous owner, who had done little maintenance. There are many units to renovate, and the current team is trying to improve them. A full repainting and other work were apparently planned soon. We'll gladly come back.
