The rooms had a stench, including in other rooms, and the cabins for skis were very small. Half the room amenities were missing, the toilet extractor didn't work, and the WiFi was slow when it worked at all. They also charge for bedding. Staff wanted to call the police because the children couldn't behave and kept walking dogs in the corridors. I don't recommend this place at all. The staff should calm down and take better care of the rooms and corridors. This isn't communist life here.

The rooms are small and worn out. There are no ski boot warmers, and you have to keep your boots in the room with no way to dry them.

Getting a proper shower was a real struggle with eight of us sharing a 150-liter water heater. Each person had less than a minute, and washing long hair was a nightmare. The apartment's windows were another problem. Four bedrooms had none, and two had skylights so high up we couldn't open either the shutters or the windows. We spent the whole week in the dark without being able to air the place out. There was just one ski locker for an eight-person apartment, so all our gear wouldn't fit. The building also felt outdated, with a single elevator serving six floors and more than 15 apartments on each floor. Sometimes we waited over five minutes.
