The host was so kind and did her best to help us despite the language barrier. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. A beautiful place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The breakfast had a good range of things, and we were really pleased with the welcome. My partner and I stayed for one night and would recommend it.

Nadine greeted us so warmly and was kind and helpful throughout. Her hotel is kept in excellent shape, and it’s spotless. Everything feels old, like time has stood still, but that’s what gives the place its old-fashioned charm.

If you’re nearby, it’s a handy spot to take a break, especially before or after a hike. It’s the only café and small tobacconist around for miles, and the owner always greets you with a smile and her famous good humor. You do have to enjoy the feel of an old-fashioned village café, though. I do! Thanks, Nadine, for welcoming us so warmly each day.
