We had a lovely stay with our group of children, who got to explore the Paris area and its amusement parks. The cottage worked really well for us, with room for 10 to 12 people, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s peaceful too, with a private courtyard and a nice, roomy garden. The old house is tastefully decorated, and it had all the essentials, from dishes and cleaning supplies to hand soap. Getting around was easy: Paris is 40 minutes away, Parc Astérix 25 minutes, and La Mer de Sable 15 minutes. Thanks for the warm welcome and for being so available.

The owner and housekeeper were very friendly and attentive, and communication was excellent. We had a wonderful family holiday. The house was charming, clean, and comfortable, and the garden was exceptional. I highly recommend it!

6/10
The contact with the owner was very good, and the house clearly has a lot of potential. It’s spacious, and the beautiful garden would be ideal for family time in good weather. But the place was so dirty that it wasn’t pleasant. Cleaning seemed very superficial, just look under the bathroom cabinet and in the corners. We had to wash all the dishes again, and my husband cleaned the dishwasher filter and accessories. There was hair on the sheets, and the Teflon on the pots and pans was badly damaged.

A very comfortable place with everything needed for a family or friends group. It’s great for resting and switching off.

There were hardly any pots, if any at all. The place could have been tidier.
