The reception staff are polite, but they don't really help. They told me they had no cutlery, so what are guests supposed to eat breakfast with? A little service costs nothing. The hotel itself is okay, though there were stains on the carpet, noise, and no housekeeping.

The hotel feels neglected and outdated, and I wouldn't recommend it. Our first room hadn't been prepared, including the bed, cleaning, and bathroom. In the second room, a bulb was burnt out, the bathroom had mold, the shower tray and hose were in bad shape, and the toilet tank had no flush button. The torn shower hose also seemed like an injury risk.

The hostess was exceptionally kind, and the service was impeccable, really excellent and perfect. The rooms are fine for a two-star hotel, even if the place is a little dated.

I was charged 7 euros extra when paying, because I wasn't a customer, even though that charge wasn't mentioned on the phone. Showing one price and then adding this feels like theft and is unprofessional, especially since my boss stays there regularly. Right behind me, another customer was 8 euros short on the bill and still got the room.

There isn't even a phone number to call if you want to reserve a room. The Savigny hotel doesn't appear on the website, so it should either be removed from the map if it no longer exists, or added to the site so people can book.
