The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms worked perfectly for our family. We were in Marmots (C4) this time, and the apartment was comfortable, though a draft from the chimney left the lounge quite cold. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, as they were on our second year here. The maintenance crew put in a lot of effort keeping the outside stairs to the Main Street clear of snow. My main gripe was the pool changing area: the floor stayed wet and there wasn't much room to get changed.

After skiing, having a pool to relax in was a real treat, and the apartment was excellent and well located. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful holiday and will remember the ski trip fondly.

We keep coming back as a family, and that says a lot. I've been returning to these chalets for over six years for ski-in, ski-out holidays, and we've never run into any problems. Everyone is friendly, the service is great, and the chalets are warm and cosy. There are also plenty of optional extras.

We spent a lovely Christmas and skiing holiday with the family in Chalet Gentiane. The apartment was superb for our group of 12, and reception staff Joanna and Clotilde were always friendly and ready to help.

The staff at Chalet des Neiges were friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Our apartment there was spacious and cosy, with separate bedrooms and several bathrooms and toilets. The fireplace couldn't be closed, so a cold breeze came in, but they gave us a portable heater and that fixed the problem. We just got back from our holiday in Oz, and found the accommodation very pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone considering a holiday there.
