We loved being able to walk from Le Balneo to the main street, with an AMAZING bakery, patisserie, and creperie, as well as local bars and restaurants. Pacy-sur-Eure is small, picturesque, and not touristy, a welcome break from the crowds of Paris. As an American, it felt like my most authentic French stay, and I'd recommend it to other travelers. Giverny, the Omaha/Utah beaches, and Mont Saint-Michel are all doable as day trips by car. The apartment is a studio on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. Its fenced private patio has a little bistro table and two chairs, and the interior makes smart use of every bit of space. The church across the street is an easy landmark for finding your way home. It's from 1200 and worth visiting for the stained glass. We didn't hear the quarter-hour bells inside and slept soundly in the comfortable linens. There was private parking. I especially liked the Nespresso machine, clothes steamer, and jetted tub, which made the place feel luxurious. I wish we'd stayed longer, we had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful weekend during our two-night stay. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful little gifts, a courtesy kit, and multimedia devices. The bed was both firm and soft, and breakfast was savory, fresh, varied, high quality, and plentiful. The in-room spa was a lovely extra, as was the duo massage with Tatiana F., just a two-minute walk away. Dimitri F. greeted us when we arrived and was genuinely kind, available, and attentive, even while the site was busy with maintenance and development. We appreciated the privacy, security, and warm welcome. The city center is close, with all amenities and a good range of attractive shops. It's a family-run welcome delivered very professionally, with sincere care for guests. We hope to come back soon.

My wife and I came for the weekend, and the room was wonderful for a romantic break. It was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated, with excellent bedding and everything we'd need.

The apartment was comfortable, welcoming, spotless, and very practical. We especially liked the private terrace and hot tub. All the local amenities are close by, and there are two parking spaces included. We could also pay with holiday vouchers. We booked a couples massage in the room next to the apartment, which was convenient. I'm seven months pregnant, and they adapted the massage for me. We really enjoyed it, and the excellent Italian catering service was a nice extra. Thanks for a lovely stay, and for being so responsive, available, and kind!
