Camping Aire Du Verger

The cabins are compact but nicely equipped, with a small kitchen, hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there are a few games for children. The setting is pleasant, but the shared facilities are showing their age, and some sinks and toilets were clogged. Too bad.

We had a really nice week here, and it’s good value for money. The countryside campsite is quiet and pleasant. A few things could be improved: the sanitary facilities need renovation, clearer signs to tell toilets from showers, and locks on the showers that don’t have them. The chalet’s appliances and outdoor furniture are dated, and hedges would give more privacy from the neighbors. It would also help to have leaflets or other information on local activities, restaurant options, and when local producers’ shops are open.

Valérie and Vanessa gave us a warm, friendly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by this small municipal campsite, with nine chalets, each with a little terrace. There’s a shared block with showers, sinks, toilets, and dishwashing facilities, and it was very clean and well maintained. The functional, well-equipped chalet suited a family of four or fewer. A good place for a stopover, an evening, or a few quiet days in a rural setting right in the heart of the village.
