It’s close to the town center and inexpensive, with a restaurant on site. The hotel itself feels quite old, though, and my room was small and not especially comfortable. The place was quiet.

The room could really use a few more electrical outlets, as usual.

Parking was easy thanks to the large lot, and the restrooms were roomy and very clean. The welcome was friendly and service quick. It’s a traditional restaurant with straightforward, hearty food. Nothing fancy, but it’s good.

The owners gave us such a warm welcome, and our room was large and very quiet. It was a lovely stop at a fair price while we were on holiday. With the big chains costing about the same, I’d choose this pleasant hotel in a town that’s well worth exploring.
