Naïla, the chief receptionist, made a real difference with her warm welcome and professional service. My wife and I had the best possible conditions during the two nights we stayed while waiting for our flight. A perfect stay, highly recommended! 🙌🏼

The direct bridge to Terminal 4 made the early flight easy, and we'd stay here again for that. But getting to the entrance by car was a frustrating mess after a long day of travel. We went around the block twice, even after the taxi driver called the hotel from a parking lot, because it turns out cars can't get close to the entrance. The nearest drop-off spot isn't clearly marked, and the hotel needs to make the car access situation clear, or fix it. Once we dragged our bags to the door, check-in was slow but adequate. The rooms were as expected for the brand, clean enough, and our junior suite had a coffee maker for the morning.

The food was a highlight. Breakfast had a much better-than-average selection, and the quality was very good. Dinner was more interesting than the usual airport hotel fare, with the staff making it even better. Everyone here was lovely, and I noticed this morning that I hadn't heard any aircraft noise. The bed was very comfortable, too. Finding the place was tricky with Google Maps, so head for T4 and follow the signs. The room numbering seemed random to me, though my friend figured it out. I didn't slip in the shower, but it didn't feel secure. Not perfect, but impressive overall. Thank you.

The walk from Orly airport takes about 20 minutes, and it's too short for a taxi driver to take the fare. Still, it's worth making the walk. The rooms are roomy enough and well equipped for a short stay, with a nice shower. It's quiet, and the restaurant serves good food until 23:00. Pasha was a lovely waiter, helpful and patient. Recommended.
