1er Etage SoPi

Breakfast was a real highlight for us. The gluten-free options were delicious and very good quality, which can be hard to find when traveling. It made our mornings especially nice. We also found the service excellent. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive, and happy to help with requests or recommendations. Our room was clean, thoughtfully decorated and surprisingly quiet, and the hotel's design blends classic Parisian charm with a modern, elegant feel. Le 1ᵉʳ Étage SoPi – Montmartre is in the lively South Pigalle district, with cafés, restaurants, public transport and Montmartre nearby. The area felt authentic and calm at the same time. We had a warm, personal stay and would gladly return. I'd recommend Le 1ᵉʳ Étage SoPi – Montmartre to couples looking for a stylish, comfortable place in Paris.

Julliete and Serge deserve five stars. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with daily cleaning if you want it. It feels like having your own apartment, with a big bathroom, a king-size bed and a cozy, romantic atmosphere. There's a shared kitchen with coffee, tea and water, and you can cook there too. Breakfast is laid out for you, with fruit, bread, good meat and cheese, plenty for the morning. The location worked well for us. Sacre Coeur, louvre, gare du nord station and the eiffeltower are all within about a 20-25m walk. There are bakeries, restaurants and shops on nearby streets, plus a passage with lots of art and vintage stores about 15-20m away. A great hotel if you prefer somewhere small and uncrowded over a big place.

The little details in the rooms were lovely, from the soaps and fluffy white towels to the slippers and an incredibly comfortable bed and duvet. Breakfast was delicious too, and we liked being able to make Nespresso coffee or herbal tea whenever we wanted. This was our second stay in under a year, and it felt like coming home again. Julia makes sure everything is just right, from the immaculate, clean and cozy rooms to the breakfast spread ready each morning. Thanks as well to Serge and Juliette for creating such a brilliant elevated B&B, and for helping us with our luggage. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

We had no disappointments during our four nights here. The room was clean, spacious by Paris standards, attractively designed and very comfortable, with a nice shower and bathroom area. There was free filtered tap water, and the maid was kind and kept our room tidy. Thanks, Serge and Juliette! We weren't sure what to expect from a small boutique hotel with fewer reviews, but we were impressed the whole way through and highly recommend it. The hosts were quick to respond and answered several questions by email during our stay.
