We were five people there on the first weekend in Feb, and the place doesn't really cater to that many. It's advertised for six, but the sofa bed was unusable, not flat, and had no bedding. The fifth person had to separate its mattress and borrow pillows from the upstairs beds. The dishwasher leaked and the wall USB slots didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone. The pool table was sloped too. At first I was happy with the bed and shower, but the lower-level facilities didn't work. It didn't meet its own standards.

The wifi was down, there was no hot water, and the electricity kept cutting in and out every five minutes. Technicians couldn't fix it. They just told us to move out and find another Airbnb. A complete waste of time and energy.

We were left outside the apartment for three hours with no keys, no way to reach anyone, and no answer to our calls. We ended up booking another hotel. The worst experience, very bad.

The location is the apartment's strong point, right in the heart of the Marais and near the metro. But Sweet Inn communication was the worst part. Don't count on a response if something goes wrong. Nobody called to deal with our issue during our seven-day stay. The guests next door had the same problem, and only got it sorted with our help. The place needs maintenance, and they advertise services they don't actually provide. It's a shame they don't take better care of the damage in an apartment like this.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the service was so poor it was shameful. The apartment had a crooked, creaky floor, a transparent shower window, nowhere to hang towels, and no hand towels. The safe didn't work, and the TV wouldn't sync with the remote. We were promised a dishwasher, but there wasn't one. They also didn't tell us it was on a high floor when we were traveling with children, or that there was no storage on site. Now we have to pay 50 euros for a taxi to get to storage. They haven't responded properly to our problems. We intend to give it a score of 0 and leave very negative feedback. All four adults on the reservation will review it on Booking, Google, Facebook, and any other platform we can, and tell our many friends in Israel. They should be ashamed. We'll do everything we can to stop people coming, to spare Israelis, tourists, and good people the heartache caused to us.
