Aparthotel Adagio Paris XV

It was a quiet spot, with shops for everyday essentials and all the amenities just a short walk away. The center and stations were easy to reach by metro or bus. I was here for a trade show at the Parc des Expos Porte de Versailles, and the location worked perfectly. I’ve recommended it and would stay here for a personal trip too.

My flight was canceled because of the weather, so we couldn’t make it to our November 22nd reservation. I had already paid the full amount in advance and contacted the hotel more than 10 times to explain what happened. For days, the staff put me on hold, transferred me between lines, or disconnected the call. Even after several days, they refused to consider that the weather had prevented us from coming, and they haven’t replied to my emails either. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The price was good, the location was convenient, and the kitchen had what we needed. The sheets and beds were clean. Our first room smelled very bad and had a leaking toilet, so we had to move. The second room also smelled, though less strongly. There was no air conditioning, and the bathroom had a bit of mold.

It’s in a convenient spot near the metro, and the hotel was generally clean. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom, and the dishwasher smelled really strong. The building badly needs maintenance, and for the condition and amenities, it felt expensive. The staff took a while to act, but they were helpful and very polite.
