All Suites Hôtel | Paris Pleyel – L’île Saint Denis

The hotel is clean, new, and seems mindful of the environment. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and I still remember the coffee from the restaurant counter. They also kept my bags secure for a few hours after checkout. I chose this place on my first Paris trip because I wanted somewhere quiet with good connections. The riverside setting is scenic, with restaurants and clothing shops including Levi’s in the neighbouring complex. There's also a mall across the bridge. It's a peaceful area, but getting to central Paris, Zone 1, takes about 45 minutes and can be much longer at rush hour. At peak times it can also be hard to get an Uber back to the hotel.

The breakfast choices are limited, but what they serve is good. The staff were consistently welcoming and smiling, and we felt the hotel offered more than we paid for. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the All Suites Hotel. A few drawbacks: parking is a short walk away instead of right at the hotel, and the location isn't that close to the centre. On our last night there was also a loud motor-like noise that wouldn't stop. Still, a solid stay.

We were very happy with our stay and the price was great. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we had a lovely river view. The room has an espresso machine, and we appreciated the two espresso capsules. The hotel is new, with friendly, professional staff. We did notice two small issues: shower water spilled into the rest of the bathroom, and doors closing in nearby rooms made such a loud noise that it could wake you and make you think someone was trying your door. The neighbourhood is newly developed and generally safe, though the lighting at night isn't great and it can feel a little sketchy. Google Maps doesn't show the route, but you can get off at Carrefour Pleyel and walk about 15 minutes. There's a bridge on the way to the hotel that isn't shown on the map either. We'd definitely stay again and wouldn't bother looking elsewhere.

This was my second stay, and I'll definitely come back. It's quiet and clean, and it feels like home. The people here are nice, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Lorenzo especially is the best, we love him ❤️❤️
