The location is perfect, and the staff are wonderful, from Ishmael and the front office team to the lovely woman who kept our room tidy. This is still my favorite place to stay in Paris. Thanks for another amazing visit. We'll see you again soon!

The Marais was an ideal base for exploring Paris, and Hôtel Maison Saintonge was a charming place to come back to. Our room was very clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

We'd come back despite a few problems. The rooms are extremely small, and I couldn't even open a suitcase on the floor, though that's Paris. There wasn't a shower, just a tiny bath with a handheld shower hose. The walls are so thin we could hear the next room's water and normal conversation, but earplugs made it manageable. We didn't hear street noise. The location is perfect, the little hotel is lovely, and the rooms are thoughtfully decorated. Staff were kind, and they even gave us a bottle of champagne for NYE. The towels were soft and fluffy, and the soaps and shampoos were lovely. We had reception book a taxi for our very early train and checked three times in the days before that it was confirmed. We were told it was booked, but it never showed up, so we had to book an uber at the last minute.

On my second work trip here from the UK, I especially wanted to thank Bochra at reception. She helped us out several times and was so kind. The hotel is in a great spot, with good dinner options nearby. The rooms and breakfast are lovely, and the sweet shop at reception is a fun, unusual touch.
