Apartments Ws Louvre - Sainte-Anne

Our family was locked out for over 24 hours after the apartment's electronic lock broke. At 8pm on Sunday, 11 hours after we first reported it, we had to find emergency accommodation at another hotel because we still couldn't get in and they weren't replying to messages. They then blamed us, falsely saying the lock had failed because our stay had ended. I've asked them to reimburse both our stay and the cost of the second hotel. They've gone silent. The worst service I've ever received.

We couldn't tell if room cleaning was included. They made up the room the morning after check-in, but didn't clean on any of the days after that. When we arrived, there were no towels, and the instructions we first got for finding them were wrong. In the end, a kind member of the cleaning staff happened to pass by and got them for us. We'd paid for breakfast on the second day, but it never arrived. They promised a refund when we raised it. We were also owed money for tourist tax: my booking message said the amount due was €11.60, so I left €12 in a sealed envelope as instructed. But the invoice showed the €33 tourist tax was already included in the bill. Weeks later, despite following up repeatedly, neither refund has come through. They first said they'd pass it to their admin department, then stopped replying. I can't recommend this place, given how unreliable and unprofessional they've been.

I think we were in room 21. Four adults shared two large beds, and there was plenty of room. It was quiet and clean, with no problems apart from a cleaning person popping in to double-check the room was clean, not realizing we were already there, lol. I'm not mad they check. Just a heads-up, the building we stayed in has stairs and no elevator.

WS LOUVRE CASANOVA - WS ROOMS: The fan on the roof did nothing to cool the room. It just spread dust around. More seriously, my partner and I stayed one night in June 2025 and found multiple bed bug bites the next day. The property acknowledged the problem by phone and promised compensation, but after many calls and emails, we've had no real solution. It's been more than a month, and all we get are vague messages about waiting for a manager's approval. They seem to have no regard for the itching, stress, sleepless nights, or worry that we'd bring bed bugs into our home and belongings. Booking.com knows about this, but hasn't resolved it either. I strongly advise against staying here. They show no accountability or care, even with a serious health concern.
