There was no elevator, and they put us on what they called the fifth floor, though there were nine units below us and 82 steps up from the ground floor. The room was about 10x10, with the bed taking up nearly all the space. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, so you had to partly open it, step into the shower, then close the door to reach the toilet. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. An awful experience.
