Patrick looked after everything we needed and was an excellent host. The apartment was modernly furnished, clean, and well-kept. Its location was perfect for our time in Paris.

I live in the building and have often seen travelers, sometimes whole families, stranded on the sidewalk with their luggage and a printed email. They couldn't get their keys or reach the agency. I feel awful for them. What a terrible way to start a stay in Paris. Please get things together, At Home.

They charged me excessive cleaning fees, even though my booking clearly said everything was paid.

Same thing happened to me. They're crooks and scammers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

For years, this extraordinary agency has managed my personal apartment. The staff are attentive, professional, and very friendly. Benjamin Founder of The Proofing Company
