Appartement Paris Etoile

Breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks, though I found it a little expensive. The room on the third floor was lovely and very quiet, and the Wi-Fi worked excellently throughout the building. The hotel is near the Arc de Triomphe and Argentine metro station, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, with a smile at the front desk. My room was very clean and had good amenities. I’d recommend this lovely hotel and would definitely return when I’m in Paris.

We came away with a great impression after three nights here. Argentine metro station is just a minute away and connects you across the city, while the Arc de Triomphe is about a five-minute walk. The rooms were tidy and clean, with nearly everything we needed, including fresh towels every day and a hairdryer. We bought breakfast before arriving and strongly recommend trying it, it was delicious. The staff were polite and very friendly. I’d strongly recommend the hotel.

I got a second-degree steam burn on my hand from the egg cooker. The breakfast attendant had stepped away, so I thought it was self-serve. When I told the woman managing the front desk, she said, “To be more careful,” and that it had never happened before, then told me to let the girl help me. I explained that the girl had left, and she replied, “well she is very busy.” That manager was rude and uncaring. She should be coached on showing some empathy to a guest injured through their neglect.

The receptionist went out of her way to help us and make sure our stay was as good as possible. The rooms were a good size, had air conditioning, and were very clean. The location was good too. We’ll stay here again when we come back.
