Armoni Hotel

The room was very clean, and the small garden was lovely. Still, for the price and a four-star rating, the stay was frustrating. Our room wasn’t even the cheapest category, yet it was so cramped I couldn’t properly open a standard suitcase. I asked reception for an extra towel and explained I just wanted it left in the room, not replaced or changed. The staff member kept saying it wasn’t possible and that it would be removed the next day, without giving a clear reason. This turned into a pointless argument in the middle of the night. After a long back-and-forth, he finally agreed.

We could walk to the Arc du Triomphe in under 30 minutes, and there’s a little bakery just to the left that we visited every morning. The location is ideal: a metro station is right outside, with buses and trams across the road. The price felt a bit high, though some of that is clearly for the location. Our room was on the small side, clean, nicely presented, and had the amenities you’d expect. A couple of spots were a little rough, but it didn’t affect our stay. The desk staff were really friendly and helped us leave our bags before check-in. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

The room service was incredible. Everything was clean and nice, and the staff were really kind :)

I stayed four nights in Room 102 at Hotel Armoni and got multiple bed bug bites on my arms and torso. As a medical doctor, I can confirm what caused the lesions. I reported it to the staff at checkout on June 22 at 10:00 AM, where it was clearly visible on their security cameras. I provided photographic proof, but the hotel denied the issue and refused to inspect or offer compensation. For a four-star hotel, that’s unacceptable. Be warned: hygiene and customer care don’t seem to be a priority here.
