For the price, this was extremely uncomfortable. The building and furniture were old, and the carpet always looked dirty even after they “cleaned” it. There was a loose screw on the bathroom floor that was easy to step on, and the mini fridge made a noise that bothered us all night. When we asked staff about it, they checked and said it was fine because it kept things cold. At check-in, they told us not to leave valuables in the room, not even in the safe. Our door also looked like someone had tried to break in at some point. Aside from those issues, everything worked out okay.

The room was very clean, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is close to both the metro and train station. Check-in is strictly around 15:00-15:30, but they let us leave our bags until the room was ready. Great location, and I’d recommend staying here.

The hotel’s good location couldn’t make up for the condition of the place. It needs a full renovation: it was outdated, dirty, and full of flaws. My friends and I rented two rooms. Both smelled bad, weren’t properly cleaned, and had dust everywhere. The lighting was poor, there was no air conditioning, and the furniture was falling apart. I’d asked for two adjacent rooms, but we got one on the 8th floor and the other on the 3rd. A few hours after we arrived, water suddenly leaked in the bathroom. The pressure was strong enough to flood our room. It wasn’t good value for money, so we canceled our five-day stay. They promised a full refund, and I hope it comes through as soon as possible. I don’t recommend this hotel based on our experience. Good luck to anyone who decides to stay.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful. It’s near the subway, with restaurants and cafes around, and the subway makes it easy to reach the sights. I’ll stay here again on another visit to Paris. Jana from the Czech Republic.
