It’s unprofessional to challenge people who leave negative feedback. So many guests are saying they’re dissatisfied and that the rooms are miserable. Don’t lecture me about what I should look for. Fix your service and customer care instead!

The rooms feel very dated and need renovation, and the breakfast was basic, with stale old croissants. The bar or club next door makes it impossible to sleep at night.

The air conditioning stopped working halfway through our July stay, and the room became unbearably hot. They weren’t able to fix it. We also asked for the room not to be cleaned, but every day we came back it was obvious someone had gone in. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, and the room was tiny, nothing like the pictures, so beware. I can’t recommend this hotel, and it certainly doesn’t deserve a three-star rating.

The bathroom was very worn and badly in need of renovation. It put me off even taking a shower, and the room smelled like butter cooking in a kitchen. I was alone, but still had to pay city tax for two people, even after I explained that I’d made a mistake when booking. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
