Beauquartier - Butte aux Cailles II

The noise made sleeping impossible. There’s a bar right outside the room, with music, shouting, and loud conversations late every night, whether there’s a match or not. Even with the windows shut, it feels like you’re sleeping on a bistro terrace. The soundproofing is nonexistent, and you can hear every word from the street. The apartment itself is beautiful, well laid out, and perfectly equipped, but none of that helped. The staff are polite and know about the noise, yet had no concrete fix. This isn’t an unexpected problem, it’s a structural flaw they try to downplay. The apartment shouldn’t be rented until it’s resolved. Definitely avoid it if you care about sleep.

The landlord had things arranged well, and the information before arrival was good. The apartment was as shown, with spacious rooms, a nice bathroom, and a kitchen equipped well enough for simple self-catering. Very nice place.

The mural in the entrance is amazing! Beauquartier was a fantastic stay, with a gorgeous apartment and lockers that made it really convenient to store our luggage after checkout.

Check-in was simple, and the staff responded quickly. I had a great stay in this cozy, nicely decorated apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
