The room didn’t seem to get a proper clean, and an unpleasant smell kept coming from the bathroom and toilet throughout my stay. The service also felt cold and transactional. There was little sense of hospitality, and even small things seemed to cost extra. The mini-fridge had a price list, and there was no complimentary bottled water, which I’d expect as a basic hotel courtesy. Staff generally came across as arrogant and unhelpful, not just at reception. The lack of courtesy and professionalism affected the stay. It fell short on comfort, cleanliness, and service, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless things improve significantly.

We arrived just before midnight and still got a lovely, friendly welcome at reception. The location was perfect for us. The room was clean and great, the bed really comfortable, and I loved the shower and the interior. They’ve paid attention to the details. Breakfast was good too, with fresh croissants in the morning.

The spa, pool, and sauna were all better than we expected, and our room had everything we needed. It was spacious, with spotless sheets, a very clean bathroom, and clean towels. We loved our two days there. Since we got to Paris early in the morning, the friendly and helpful staff, including the receptionist, went out of their way to find us a room and arrange early check-in when we asked. This is the best hotel stay I’ve had so far, better than some highly rated places. A big thank you to the Hotel Belinda. I’ll definitely come back to Paris and stay here again.

I liked how easy it was to get around from here. The hotel is in a nice part of the city, close to shops, transport, and restaurants, which made my work trip convenient. Despite being in a great area, it stayed calm and never felt crowded or stressful. It was quiet and easy to relax, which isn’t always the case in Paris. The whole place feels new and modern, and everything from reception to the rooms was spotless and well kept. I had a really comfortable, positive stay and will come back on future trips to Paris.
