My wife and I arrived at 1 AM and checked in, then discovered bed bugs when we tried to sleep. I was bitten repeatedly, and we were up all night. The next morning we told the manager, who was extremely rude and only accepted our complaint after we showed him proof in person. He did nothing about the bed bugs. We checked out and went straight to another hotel. Avoid this place.

I canceled my reservation and left immediately without checking in. On arrival, the manager was extremely rude and acted unsure whether there were rooms available, even though I had a confirmed reservation. I asked how he was handling bed bugs after seeing reviews that mentioned them, especially since the place looked very dirty. He became even ruder, said there were bed bugs in his hotel, and told me he didn’t care and that I could leave if I wasn’t happy.

Actually, zero stars. The food quality was awful, and the restaurant owner was really rude. He treated us as though he were giving us the food for free. People show more respect even to street animals when feeding them. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want your mood badly spoiled, the owner gives a 100% guarantee.

The hotel was very bad and dirty. The worst part was being charged an extra 12€ when I arrived, supposedly for tax. The website had listed the rate as 85€ a night with tax included, but I was charged 97€.
