Breakfast had a satisfying range of quality food, and I especially liked the scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon. We spent seven days here in August, and coming back after full days out exploring Paris was always a pleasure. Our room was spacious, beautifully arranged, exceptionally clean, and serviced regularly. The bedding, furniture, and in-room amenities were all high quality and made the stay feel perfect. From the start to the end, the professional staff were welcoming and ready to answer questions. They clearly cared about our comfort and made our satisfaction a priority. I’d recommend the hotel for business or a longer stay.

The rooms are small but well equipped, and the staff were lovely. Ingrid at reception deserves a special mention for her warm attention and for going the extra mile. The location is great and convenient, right by Gare Saint-Lazare and close to the Opera Garnier.

The room was okay, nothing special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt really off, and the staff were very rude. There are plenty of great places to stay in Paris at the same price, so I wouldn’t choose this one. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

Susanna was so personable and recognized me right away whenever I came in or left. The staff were sweet and attentive, which made my time at this beautiful hotel feel easy and wonderful. My room was spacious, very quiet, and extremely clean. It’s in an incredible spot next to a major train station and within walking distance of shopping. I’d definitely stay again!

The Eiffel Suite balcony was a lovely place to dance and drink champagne while looking out at the twinkling Eiffel Tower. We had a wonderful, romantic stay, and the whole team went out of their way to make it special. Ingrid and Susanna at reception were outstanding. The Hôtel is central, and we took buses all over Paris each day from Gare Lazare, about a five-minute walk away. The Bonjour RATP app helped with planning journeys and buying transport tickets. There’s a supermarket directly opposite and a lovely Boulangerie nearby. We felt safe the whole time. Breakfast was a nice little treat. My only small criticisms were that the plates could be bigger and the room bins were tiny, but neither affected my stay. Thank you, Le 12. Madame B and Monsieur L xx
