The hotel felt like a little sanctuary after a day out, peaceful even though it was easy to get around Paris from there. We also took a few photos around the corner from our favorite cafe, which was another lovely experience, with great sandwiches and flat whites and wonderful staff. This place will always be special to us because it’s where my now-fiancé and I spent our first two nights in Paris. The welcome was so warm, and every member of staff was friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We felt like we belonged, not just like guests. The hotel is quaint, beautifully decorated and full of character, with a cozy, elegant feel that comes naturally. We felt so special staying here, and those memories will stay with us. I’d come back in a heartbeat. If you want a hotel with heart and charm, this is it.

The room was clean and really nice, and the staff were so kind. The hotel’s in a fantastic spot, with lots of must-see places within walking distance and tons of metro and bus options very close by. The luggage storage came in handy, and I liked having a front desk open 24/7. It was incredibly affordable too.

The location is incredible, the decor was lovely and every staff member was outstanding. The staff were so wonderful that I wish I could leave a glowing review, but the room was uncomfortable and noisy, and nowhere near worth what we paid. We’d chosen the hotel because it advertised air conditioning, but only found out when we arrived that our room didn’t have it. It was 85° inside. The weather was cool outdoors, but street noise was so obnoxious that we had to choose between opening the window or sweating. Neither was bearable. I tried sending management this complaint and still haven’t heard anything. We also paid almost double for a larger room, yet there was barely space to walk around the bed and fold-out couch. I’d read plenty of reviews saying it was quiet, but I felt pretty misled. Keep looking.

I first came to this lovely little hotel in 1990 and have returned many times since. My last visit to Paris was ten years ago, but the service, cleanliness and atmosphere are still just as good. The location is ideal too, with all the notable historical sites an easy walk away.

A beautiful Hôtel with a real Paris feel, and the staff were so nice. The location is amazing, close to everything, including the LOUVRE. Perfect for a trip when you want those Paris vibes!
