The room was a decent size for the price, and I was impressed by how clean the place was. I never felt dirty there. I also liked the quiet, artsy neighborhood, with good food and welcoming restaurant staff and owners. Two nearby metro stations made it easy to reach the city center. There’s no lift, so heavy luggage could be a problem. The staff member on duty when I checked in was very kind and carried all my bags upstairs. There also isn’t anyone on site after about 7 or 8 pm. One night our key card failed at 1 am, and on another night the apartment lost power. Both times we waited around 15 minutes for staff to come down, and fortunately they fixed things. I visited during a very warm part of summer. There’s no air conditioning, and the small tower fan barely cooled the room. I had several nights of poor sleep, even though I’m used to year-round heat in Singapore.

For four nights, February 14-18, I paid €471, which felt like an incredible deal, especially over Valentine's Day. The location was fantastic, with Metro Line 4 going directly to almost every major spot in the city. Staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy.

We rented a room here for five days, and it turned out better than we expected. It had been nicely remodeled, with a comfortable bed and a mini kitchen. They also did a very good job cleaning the room. Thanks for the excellent service!

A few days before my planned Paris stay, the hotel cancelled my reservation, saying my credit card had been declined. I tried it four times, using two different cards that I know work. I called to sort things out, but the woman was very rude and hung up while I was trying to explain what had happened.

The place was modern and really pleasant, with everything needed for cooking. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely stay and would like to come back someday.
