The gentleman at check-in was extremely nice, but I don't understand how a hotel can get by without anyone speaking even basic English. My room was cramped even for one person, the bedding felt low quality, and I could hear every word from the neighbors. I also found it odd that I had to leave my key when going out. At 10:55, I was told to leave the room, even though checkout was at 11:00. That had never happened to me in all my years of travel to more than 100 establishments. You get what you pay for.

A basic, clean place that worked well for me, my wife, and our two kids. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the metro is close. Chatalet Les halles is only 15 minutes away by train.

We had a lovely stay in a quaint, clean place. The neighborhood was beautiful, the location was very convenient, and it was definitely good value for money. The staff were friendly too.

The location is nice, but good luck with the staff. Sara, who was on the morning shift, was extremely rude and disrespectful, even though I spoke to her respectfully. The hotel's payment policy is strange, with what felt like having to pay twice as a kind of “guarantee,” and they wouldn't even let me see the receipt. Her afternoon-shift colleague was respectful and explained the policy clearly and politely.

The neighborhood and view were nice, and the location was great. I love this hotel. The only issue is the lack of an elevator, so if you're on the sixth floor, have a nice trip up.
