The room was dusty in general. Things I left on the tables were covered in dust after just a few days, and the cleaner even left a towel they had used in the bathroom one day. How gross! The concept is stylish, but the bathroom wasn't well maintained and was dusty. There was mould growing on the shampoo rack, and on my last night a baby cockroach showed up in the shower. I didn't shower that day, not until I checked into my next hotel.

The location is handy for enjoying the lively nightlife after long work days, and there's a little gym (see photo). Breakfast is delicious, the receptionists are all super nice, easygoing, and professional, and the cleaning staff do a really good job. The rooms are small and the walls are really thin, so overall I don't think it's worth the price. Four stars only for the great service.

The room itself was clean, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. Breakfast plates were dirty, and the staff didn’t seem well trained or willing to find solutions. Our room was cold in January. I asked for a heater, but nothing was sorted out, and the air conditioning was fixed at 22 degrees, which wasn’t enough.

Breakfast was great, though at €24 per person, it should be. I’ve stayed at a Tribe hotel before and had a better experience. This time, the smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet, so Chromecast was unusable, and our twin room had just one tea cup for two people. The shampoo and conditioner were above the sink, while the lotion and hand wash were in the shower. The glass bathroom wall offered no sound privacy, which felt awkward sharing a twin room with my mum. The staff didn’t seem very bothered.
