The room had none of the basics, not even slippers or toothpaste, and the bathtub was stained yellow. I’d paid extra for a city view, but we were given a room facing a dirty, neglected courtyard. When I showed my reservation, they denied it and said there was no such room type. It felt like guests didn’t matter. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. I wanted to cancel as soon as I saw the condition, but they refused. The older man at reception was very unfriendly. The dark corridors felt unsettling, almost like a horror movie, and I could barely see where I was going. I nearly fell down the stairs. We came to Paris for a week and had planned to spend the final two nights here. I’ve visited many times and stayed in beautiful hotels, but everything was booked this time, so we felt we had no choice. Please don’t make the same mistake. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The lobby décor was beautiful, and the staff were so friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel is charming and the service excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it for a Paris getaway. The location made exploring the city easy. The room carpet could use an update and a deep clean, though. Even with that small drawback, we had a fantastic stay.

We loved our honeymoon here and would absolutely stay again. The street was quiet day and night, and the hotel felt like a local gem while still being surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Our room was spacious and clean, and we liked opening the windows at night for fresh air. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the elevator was great, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We’d recommend it to anyone.

We had a nice, clean room that fit three people, and the colors were lovely. Check-in was smooth, and the staff member was really friendly, explained everything we needed to know, and even offered us some of his delicious homemade cookies. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy about a three-minute walk away, and the location suited us well. We’ll surely pick this hotel again next time we’re in Paris. ♥️✌🏾

The location is excellent, close to everything, and having air conditioning was a big plus. The reception staff welcomed us warmly and were kind and friendly, especially once they learned we were on our honeymoon. We appreciated that. We arrived around 11 AM and were told early check-in would cost €30, even though regular check-in starts at 2 PM. They didn’t offer any flexibility. Our room was very small, and the bathroom was even tighter, which wasn’t ideal for a couple. Lovely staff and location, but the room size and early check-in policy could be better.
