Champs‑Elysées Loveroom & Spa

The staff are really kind, and the location is great, only a few stops from all the important places. Our room was very small, though we found out we'd been given the smallest one. It was still quite comfortable. I recommend the NH as a good place to stay. A tip: ask them to refill your bottle whenever you head out. They're very kind about it.

We loved staying here. The location is excellent, right in central Paris and within walking distance of Champs-Élysées. Our room was excellent and a good size, and the staff took good care of us, going out of their way to make us comfortable. They were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Constanza, Zoe, Mahmoud, Louise and Giorgi. Constanza is a real asset. She was always smiling, polite and helpful, and even offered to change our room if we weren't happy. The staff made the stay so comfortable, and I have nothing to complain about. Constanza, I'll be back to stay there soon.

The staff made this an unforgettable family stay. Everyone was kind, cooperative and truly committed to making us feel welcome. The team worked like one family, and the hotel felt safe and kid-friendly. It was also great value for our family. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Its location made everything convenient, close to the Champs-Élysées, great restaurants and Paris’s main attractions. We had an amazing stay at NH Collection Paris Champs-Élysées and will definitely come back again and again. NH Collection will always be our first choice when we visit Paris.

The room was compact but really comfortable, and the hotel felt clean and well organized. It’s just a minute from the Champs-Élysées, yet away from the crowds. The staff were kind and made sure we had what we needed, including recommending places to eat that all worked out very well. Costanza and Mohamed were especially wonderful. I’d recommend it for a two or three night stay in Paris.
