Chateau des Fleurs Paris Champs Elysees

The staff really turned things around for us. After we told them the construction at the LV hotel was so noisy that we couldn't sleep all night, they arranged for us to move to their sister hotel across the champs elesyee. They upgraded us to the sky suite, their best room. The breakfast was out of this world too, though it couldn't undo how awful that sleepless night had been. I came for my birthday in October, and the hotel itself was beautiful, especially the lobby and flowers. The lounge food was fantastic, and everyone was nice. Our room was small but very charming, and we got a complimentary cocktail voucher and wine. The spa and gym looked beautiful, but sadly I didn't get to use them. The staff made the whole experience amazing.

The hotel is kept in great shape, and the staff notice the little things that make a stay better. The rooms, facilities, and food were all to a very high standard. We had a wonderful time at this lovely boutique hotel and plan to stay again.

Eglantine at reception was especially sweet, and Fredrick helped with questions and gave me useful information about the stores. Everyone, from the server to the manager, was humble and ready to help. They also arranged early check-in and late check-out. Before we arrived, Eglantine told me about the 11/11 parade. They thoughtfully sent the valet to help with our luggage and escort us to the hotel. The suite had a classy, authentic Parisian feel, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the heart of Champs-Élysées. It felt like a real gem, with French hospitality at its best.

The architecture was a real favorite, and the location was a big plus. Our room was large and so comfortable. The employees gave us outstanding service. This boutique hotel deserves more stars than I can give it.
