10/10
The location is really convenient, just steps from the Champs-Élysées, so it worked well for sightseeing and business. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help, and the room was decorated in an elegant, cozy classic French style. It also had a spacious bathroom, reliable hot water, and a good heater. Housekeeping came daily without us having to ask. Breakfast was high quality and tasted great, though the menu didn’t change much from one day to the next. I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Chateaubriand - Champs Elysées and would recommend it for a charming Paris visit.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and they were the only bright spot in our stay. The hotel itself was a letdown. The rooms and general condition looked nothing like the beautiful photos on Booking.com. We couldn’t sleep because the air conditioning was so loud. It seemed like the system needed repair or replacement. I can only give one star, and that’s for the kind, professional staff.

Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were so helpful that nothing seemed like too much trouble. The location is perfect, and the price is reasonable for the area. I stayed with my two teenagers and we had a lovely time. Our room suited us well, though a couple of parts looked tired and one socket didn’t work. I would’ve liked tea and coffee facilities, too. Those things didn’t spoil our stay, but they’re why I rated the room four stars instead of five. I’d definitely stay again.
