We had to cancel our family's hotel booking because COVID-19 travel restrictions prevented us from going. The apartment operators wouldn't give us a refund. Other hotels in Europe allowed flexible cancellations and waived fees, but this one didn't. If I make it back to Paris someday, I won't stay here.

A bakery is almost right outside, and the apartment is only 200 meters from the metro and a secure parking garage. We left the car and could get everywhere on public transport. Inside, it's quiet, clean, and roomy enough for four, with everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only gripe as a coffee drinker was that there was no regular coffee maker, just a capsule espresso machine. Otherwise, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

We had four people and plenty of room, with everything we needed there, including a dishwasher, microwave, vacuum, and hairdryer. The apartment was quiet, very clean, and comfortably furnished, and its location was ideal. Reception staff were very friendly too. The subway is close by, and a garage where you can park for several days is just a five-minute walk away. It made for a wonderful vacation with just the right place to stay. We'd love to return.
