Citadines Montparnasse Paris

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and dish soap. There’s a retractable clothesline in the toilet and a washing machine in the basement that you can use for a fee. It’s walkable to a major train station and bus stops, and very close to Pigalle restaurants and a supermarket. You can email to request early check-in if a room is available. There’s also a room for luggage storage, but it’s at your own risk since they don’t give you a claim stub.

Citadine Montparnasse seems to have no idea what customer service means. The staff were very brisk, almost rude. I was trying to book six studios for a corporate group, but there was so little willingness to help that I booked rooms at another ****hotel instead. Never again 😒 🙃 🙄 🙂

The room was comfortable, with a kitchen and a fairly large bed. The location was good, and I was satisfied with the staff and breakfast.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room matched what I expected. I’d booked a studio, and it was better equipped than I’d thought it would be. The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff impressed me too. My stay was perfect, and I’m very satisfied. I’d highly recommend it and will most likely come back.
