Bring a bathing suit. The pool is small but warm, and the wet sauna is a treat after a day in Paris. Everything was very clean, and the staff were accommodating. We skipped breakfast, but had coffee in the upscale breakfast room, looking out to the modern garden and colorful lounge with a gas fireplace. Our base room didn't have much storage, but it was comfortable, with an excellent bed, quality linens, and renovated shower facilities, though no bath. The hotel is well placed for the bus, metro, and neighborhood shops, and the area has a local feel. Friends in Switzerland recommended Hotel and Spa La Belle Juliette as their go-to, and now I understand why. This boutique hotel won't disappoint. It's a perfect jewel.

What stood out most was the staff, always friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention the lovely Natasha, who went well beyond formal courtesy to help us. Her kindness showed a truly generous heart. Our room was beautiful, with a stained glass window. The toiletries were fabulous, and everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too.

Breakfast had a good spread, with fresh juices available. The hotel is great and so is the location. After a cold day exploring, the sauna and spa were a nice way to warm up before dinner.

The breakfast buffet was great, and my little pup had everything she needed. The staff were all kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the flowers in my room. I enjoyed them the whole week. The massage therapist at the spa was excellent and very caring. The room was quiet and comfortable, so I slept really well. The solid AC was a big part of that. I stayed in the hotel's largest room, but there was no full-length mirror, just a very narrow one tucked inside the wardrobe, which seemed odd with so much wall space. The hallways were extremely dark and impractical to get around in. I couldn't even appreciate the dark blue walls and gold stars because there wasn't enough light to see them. Twinkly lights would be perfect. There was no kettle for hot tea. After a few days without tea I asked reception, and they had one, though it was plastic. All I had were espresso demitasse cups, so I kept making mini teas. I'd have paid an extra $30 a night for mugs, a kettle, and a milk frother. I tend to want coffee well before or well after breakfast, so the limited in-room drinks and dark hallways were the main shortcomings. I'd stay again.

We had a spacious duplex apartment on the fourth floor, with nice amenities, and the pool was perfect. The location worked well for us because it was quiet but still walkable to the train, shops, and restaurants, and far enough from the tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and responsive. Our experience was fantastic, and we'd stay again.
