Hôtel de Nell

We arrived exhausted and jet-lagged at 9am, though check-in wasn’t until 3. We thought we’d just leave our bags and wait, but they let us into our room early so we could get some much-needed rest. The staff were wonderful throughout, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel de Nell was amazing from top to bottom. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are sad to leave tomorrow after 13 wonderful nights here. The location is excellent, the rooms are quiet and very comfortable, and the service has been fantastic. Jennie, Denis, and Mathieu at the front desk deserve a special thank you for being so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back to this lovely hotel on another trip to the City of Lights.

The design is elegant but cosy, and the location is perfect. We’ll stay here every time we’re in Paris. Our room was ready early, so we were able to check in ahead of time, and the staff kept finding thoughtful ways to make us comfortable. They’d press the elevator button before we asked if they sensed we were about to use it, and information about our plans and preferences was passed between shifts so the next team already knew what we needed. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and eager to help. We had a tiny issue with the bathtub, and they fixed it in seconds. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel de Nell.

The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly and the service was exceptional. It’s in a local part of Paris, and this was our best stay in the city so far. We’d love to come back.
