The food at the chuckwagon was good. Breakfast was plentiful and consistent, and the buffet dinner we tried had a great range and fab desserts. The rooms are very clean and cleaned to a high standard every day, but they feel dated and need a little TLC. Our ground-floor room in block "Doc Holliday" was right beside a building exit. Being on the ground floor was handy for the buggy, luggage and path to the parks, but people used the door late and woke us and the children. The room wasn’t very soundproof either. We heard the people upstairs coming back late and getting up super early, including the toilet flushing, footsteps, getting on and off the bed and a hair dryer at 11 o clock at night. More than once, people sat outside our window after 10:30pm, chatting and smoking. If I stayed again, I’d avoid the ground floor. I would have appreciated a less disturbed stay. I’d stayed at the Cheyenne years ago on a school trip to Disney and had fond memories. It’s since been rebranded as a Toy Story-themed hotel, but that feels like a stretch: the characters are there daily, yet beyond a little room decor, it doesn’t feel very Toy Story-themed. It’s a decent base and I’d stay again, though being on your feet all day makes the walk tiring. We knew it was 10/15 min walk after the Disney Village, and the price was good for what we used it for.

The hotel is adorable, and I love it. I’ve been coming since I was a child. The rooms are clean and cute, with lovely Woody decor, and the housekeepers are always lovely. All the staff are kind and helpful, the gift shop is nice, and the Chuck Wagon restaurant is brilliant. There’s a Starbucks too. It’s a great area, about a 20-30 minute walk from the parks, and there’s a shuttle bus as well.

The walk to the park area took about 10 minutes, and our building was close to reception and the shuttle stop. We were only there for two nights at the start of March, but it worked really well. We arrived around noon and the lovely reception staff already had a room ready, which was a big plus. The room was clean, and though the bed creaked when getting in and out, it was really comfortable. We mostly just used it to sleep and shower. I'd stay here again.

The room was a highlight: nicely themed, thoughtfully designed, and cozy after a long day out. The beds were comfortable too. Getting to the park was easy on foot via a pleasant, direct path that also connects to the shopping area, and shuttle buses serve the different Disney hotels. Our room was right at the far end of the hotel, though, so hauling our large suitcases along the corridors from reception was tiring. An internal shuttle or small train would be helpful, especially for families with kids or heavy luggage. It's a fun place to stay, just expect a fair bit of walking.

The only thing I really liked was the Starbucks inside the hotel. We stayed two nights in January, and the rooms were cold enough that I was glad we hadn't booked a third. The bathroom either had no heating or its heating wasn't working. There was carpet throughout, and the place felt very dusty. It came across more like somewhere to sleep than a proper hotel, with an indifferent attitude that made me feel customer satisfaction wasn't much of a concern, perhaps because the area is so popular. If you'll have a stroller or similar gear, I'd avoid the second floor. And if you have allergies or sensitivities, the dust could be a problem. I wouldn't choose this hotel again or recommend it. Don't pick it just because it looks cheaper either, since Uber trips to and from central Paris average around €100. What suits you will depend on how many people are staying, the children's ages, and what you expect from a place to stay.
