It's a charming property, but the service felt rigid and not very guest-focused. I accepted that my non-refundable booking meant losing the night I couldn't use. I was only asking whether one prepaid night could be moved to a later date. Even a modest credit, a breakfast or food voucher, or a reasonable change fee would have felt like a goodwill gesture. Instead, I was told to rebook through Booking.com, with no discussion of options or explanation of the limits. We were willing to leave early to make things easier for housekeeping, but staff didn't seem interested. There was also an unlabeled charge for peanuts in the room, and the directions to “marked” parking were unclear. It was just regular street parking, and it was full. The management reply only reinforces my point: the customer service unfortunately isn't close to four-star level. 2/5.

My favourite boutique hotel in Paris. The breakfast is great, and there are good restaurants all around it.

The staff were all so kind and helpful, and I loved the location, not far from Musée D’Orsay. It's elegant, comfortable, and very welcoming for English and American tourists. Depending on the floor and how close your room is to the street, there are a few pluses and drawbacks. I'd definitely recommend it.

The Saint Germain area is perfect for getting to lots of places of interest, and the hotel is wonderful. Our room was lovely, the decor beautiful, and the street quiet. Staff were professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent in a charming cellar room.
