Hotel Eiffel XV

The only things I liked were how close it is to the Eiffel tower and the adorable dog downstairs. The service was okay, and the room seemed okay until I saw the shower. There was mould all over it, on the wall by my mom and sisters’ beds, and even on the headboard right where we slept. That’s disgusting and could make someone very sick. My boyfriend hasn’t felt right since we stayed there. When we asked about hand soap, they said they put it in the bathroom “sometimes”. What does that even mean? Truly awful. I won’t stay here again. There are much better hotels.

Fabio made my first trip to Paris feel amazing with his recommendations and such a welcoming, kind manner. He was personable, helpful, and had a great sense of humour. The hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower and some great places to eat. Five stars all the way. Thank you for your hospitality, Fabio! :D

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a place before. The room and bathroom were completely mouldy, humid, and smelled awful.

A lovely little place, and I’d totally stay again. The rooms had what we needed, the staff were very friendly, and the location was amazing. It was a bit small, but the air conditioning was great. There was some mould on the bathroom walls, though it did have a bathtub.
