We asked for early check-in and separate beds, but got neither. The beds themselves were comfortable, with thick mattresses. The side street is quiet, just off a busy boulevard, and the hotel feels cosy. Still, I wouldn't call it good value for money. The bathroom was clogged and the rooms were cold. Maybe that's a citywide problem, but I can't accept that a hotel charging 200+ euro per night can't provide proper heating.

We spent New Year's Eve there, and the location was great for the event. The receptionists were kind and polite. The heater wasn't working, but after I spoke to reception they brought a portable one, and the temperature became fine. The room was already super small, though, with no space for another heater, and having it in the middle of the room felt dangerous.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and nicely decorated, and there was a good range of amenities in the room as well as a small coffee lounge. One thing to check: if you've booked breakfast in advance, make sure someone explains how to book it. Nobody told us, so we missed a day's breakfast.

We stayed from 4th until 6th October and were robbed. We went out for dinner one evening, and when we came back, all our stuff was gone from the room. The door was shut, so someone must have entered with a card. Be careful with this hotel. We're still waiting for answers about what happened and how someone could get into our room, take everything, and just walk away. I have all the police documents and am going to show them here too.

The location is very good, and I felt completely safe, though as a precaution I'd probably avoid opening windows that face the internal patio. It's a small, cozy place with fresh, quiet rooms and great value for money.
